Family Visa Requirement

  1. Relevant Pages of Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months after the intended date of departure and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
  2. Visa Application Form: The visa application must be filled with proper information and signed by the applicant. Please find the visa application form below
  3. Photograph: Recent passport style photographs: 4cm x 4cm, light-blue background, right profile.
  4. Invitee’s Tenancy Agreement/Utility Bill copy: A scanned copy of tenancy agreement/utility bill of the invitee’s residence if your address during your stay is expected to be the same. The relative’s address/residence certificate in Argentina; issued by Policia Federal Argentina.
  5. Any Other documents related to Invitation: A certified copy of the relative’s DNI – Documento Nacional de Identidad, Argentine ID-.
  6. “Acta De Notification”: A copy of the “Acta de notificación” issued by DNM.
  7. Police Clearance: The original copy of Police Clearance Certificate issued from the nearby police station of the Applicant’s present residence.For applicants older than 16 years:1. Original police clearance certificate issued by the authorities of the countries where the applicant has resided for a period exceeding one (1) year, during the course of the last three (3) years, apostilled by the Ministry of External Affairs of the issuing country. In India, the competent authority to issue such certificate is the Regional Passport Office.2. Sworn statement of police clearance in other countries (provided and signed at the Consulate).
  8. Marriage Certificate: An authenticated/notarized copy of marriage certificate. The certificate must be in English language. Original marriage certificate issued by a government authority, apostilled by the Ministry of External Affairs in New Delhi, and its translation into Spanish (by an authorized entity). The translation should be correspondingly certified. Affidavits are NOT accepted.
  9. Applicant’s Birth Certificate: Original birth certificate issued by a government authority, apostilled by the Ministry of External Affairs in New Delhi, and its translation into Spanish (by an authorized entity). The translation should be correspondingly certified. Affidavits are NOT accepted unless they are registered and recognized by the corresponding State Magistrate or Sub Divisional Magistrate.
  10. Any other Relevant Documents: For applicants under 18 years, an Original Authorization Letter from both parents to request the visa.
