Tourist Visa Requirement

  1. Relevant Pages of Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months after the intended date of departure and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
  2. Visa Application Form: The visa application must be filled with proper information and signed by the applicant. Please find the visa application form below
  3. Photograph: Photo Size: 4cm x 4cm
  4. A personal identity card of the applicant such as National ID/Adhar Card/Driving License and business card (Recommended)
  5. Cover Letter: A personal letter from applicant including personal details, purpose of visit and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, the respective visa office and signed. A letter explaining the purpose of your trip and the program (itinerary of the cities you are visiting) The letter must be notarized and duly translated into Spanish by a professional translator (the translation does not need to be notarized).
  6. Invitation Letter from a physical person: Original/scanned copy invitation letter from the Irish host stating the nature of mutual relationship, the purpose of travel, duration of stay, address and other necessary details with invitee’s signature. If you are visiting family members or friends, you need to present an ORIGINAL invitation letter from them and a copy of their Argentine ID (DNI). The letter must be CERTIFIED by an Argentine Public Notary and also by the “Colegio de Escribanos” (the Public Notaries’ Association). If you are staying with them, you do not need hotel booking.
  7. Forwarding Letter from employer: A letter from the employer on the organization’s letter-head pad stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, his purpose and assigned roles during the visit, duration of visit, sponsorship status etc. A letter from your employer, authorizing the trip, confirming that you are currently employed by the company and for how long. This letter must be written on company letter-head, signed by the person in charge, notarized and duly translated into Spanish by a professional translator (the translation does not need to be notarized).
  8. Other Business Documents: Last month salary/pay-slip (Mandatory)
  9. Personal Bank Statements: Original Bank Statements (Personal/Payroll) for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, telephone number clearly with authorized bank stamp and signature (e-statement is not acceptable). Evidence of funds: personal bank statement of the last six months. Please provide original documents. If considered necessary, credit card statements.
  10. Personal ITR Certificate: Income Tax Return Certificate for a period of last 3 years (Recommended) (Last 3 years)
  11. Company ITR Certificate: Income Tax Return Certificate on company’s tax returns for a period of last 3 years (Recommended) (Last 3 years). If you are the owner of the business.
  12. Airline Ticket Itinerary: A reserved itinerary for your airline ticket as per the schedule of the trip.
  13. Hotel Reservation: A reserved itinerary for your accommodation at a hotel or resort as per the schedule of the trip.
  14. Academic Certificates and Transcripts: Authenticated original academic certificates and transcripts issued from the previously attended academic institutions. If you are self-employed or a student, you need to present all documents/certificates related to your current occupation. All such documents must be notarized and duly translated into Spanish by a professional translator (the translation does not need to be notarized).
  15. Any other Relevant Documents: Applicants are suggested to present documents attesting their experience in their field of expertise and current occupation (documents must be notarized and duly translated).
