Business Visa Requirement

  1. Relevant Pages of Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months after the intended date of departure and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Applicants have to submit Notarized copy of all pages of current passport, including the bio data page, alterations page and back page of the passport (unless requested to send original passport). (Please note, VFS Global can certify a copy of your passport at their office at the time of Submission).
  2. Visa Application Form: The visa application must be filled with proper information and signed by the applicant. A completed application form (Form 1400) for a Temporary Work (Short Stay Activity) visa.
  3. Photograph:One recent passport sized photograph (45 mm x 35 mm) of each person attached to the front application form.These photographs should be of the head and shoulders only against a plain background. Print the name of the person on the back of each photograph.
  4. Cover Letter: A personal letter from applicant including personal details, purpose of visit and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, the respective visa office and signed.
  5. Invitation Letter from a registered company/organization: Original/scanned copy invitation letter from the Irish organization on its letter-head pad stating the purpose of travel, duration of stay and other necessary details with invitee’s signature
  6. Forwarding Letter from employer: A letter from the employer on the organization’s letter-head pad stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, his purpose and assigned roles during the visit, duration of visit, sponsorship status etc.
  7. Personal Bank Statements: Original Bank Statements (Personal/Payroll) for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, telephone number clearly with authorized bank stamp and signature (e-statement is not acceptable)
  8. Sponsor’s Bank Statements: Original/scanned copy of bank statements from the sponsoring party (invitee/Employer company/any other person) for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, telephone number clearly with authorized bank stamp and signature
  9. Company ITR Certificate: Income Tax Return Certificate on company’s tax returns for a period of last 3 years (Recommended) (Last 3 years)
  10. Travel Health Insurance: travel health insurance/medical insurance covering the full time of an applicant’s intended visit. The insurance must be valid throughout the territory of the visiting state/s. The minimum cover shall be EUR 30,000
  11. Police Clearance: The original copy of Police Clearance Certificate issued from the nearby police station of the Applicant’s present residence.
  12. Airline Ticket Itinerary: A reserved itinerary for your airline ticket as per the schedule of the trip.
  13. Hotel Reservation: A reserved itinerary for your accommodation at a hotel or resort as per the schedule of the trip.
  14. Marriage Certificate: An authenticated/notarized copy of marriage certificate. The certificate must be in English language. If the partner is accompanying: A copy of your marriage certificate or independent evidence that you are in a de facto relationship (for example, joint bank account statements or billing accounts in joint names).
  15. Birth Certificate: Certified copies of birth certificates for you and any other person included in the application. The certificates must show the names of both parents of everyone included in the application.
  16. Other Supporting Documents:1. For anyone included in the application who is 18 years of age or older and is not your partner: Form 47A Details of child or other dependent family member aged 18 years or over. If you want to bring a child younger than 18 years of age with you to Australia, and that child’s other parent is not included in the application: documentary evidence that you have the legal right to include that child in your application, such as. Certified copies of official legal documents, such as a court-issued custody, access or guardianship order. A statutory declaration giving their permission. Form 1229 Consent form to grant an Australian visa to a child under the age of 18 years. If you use this form, you will have to attach a certified copy of the other parent’s government issued identification document (such as a passport or driver’s licence) with their photograph and a signature. (You must also provide one of these documents if you are applying for this visa and you are younger than 18 years of age and you are travelling without one or both parents or guardians).
  17. Complete this section only if you are lodging a paper application:If someone gives you advice or lodges your application for you: Form 956 Advice by a migration agent/exempt person of providing immigration assistance (the agent or exempt person completes the form and you must sign it).
