Student Visa Requirement

  1. Relevant pages of Passports: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months after the intended date of departure and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
  2. Visa Application Form: The visa application must be filled with proper information and signed by the applicant.
  3. Photograph: Two color passport sized photographs not more than 6 months old.
  4. Photo ID card/ Business Card: A personal identity card of the applicant such as National ID/Adhar Card/Driving License and business card (Recommended).
  5. Cover Letter: A personal letter from applicant including personal details, purpose of visit and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, the respective visa office and signed.
  6. Personal Bank Statements: Original Bank Statements (Personal/Payroll) for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, telephone number clearly with authorized bank stamp and signature (e-statement is not acceptable).
  7. Sponsor’s Bank Statements: Original/scanned copy of bank statements from the sponsoring party (invitee/Employer Company/any other person) for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, telephone number clearly with authorized bank stamp and signature.
  8. Travel Health Insurance: travel health insurance/medical insurance covering the full time of an applicant’s intended visit. The insurance must be valid throughout the territory of the visiting state/s. The minimum cover shall be EUR 30,000.
  9. Airline Ticket Itinerary: A reserved itinerary for your airline ticket as per the schedule of the trip
  10. Birth Certificate: Copy of birth certificate of the applicant’s children. The certificate must be in English language.
  11. Academic Certificates and Transcripts: Authenticated original academic certificates and transcripts issued from the previously attended academic institutions.
  12. Enrollment Letter: Original and copy of the Letter of Offer/Letter of Enrollment from an overseas academic institution confirming the student’s admission into a specific study program.
  13. Payment Receipt of Tuition Fees: Copy of the receipt acquired as a proof of advance tuition fee payment to the academic institution.
  14. Accommodation Confirmation: A confirmation of accommodation into a dormitory/student hostel or private tenancy for a specific period.
