  4. Government Order: This letter, commonly called the GO Letter works as a forwarding letter for government official/service holders. It is issued from the respective government office where the visa applicant is stationed. GO Letter is duly signed and stamped according to the standard format set by government offices detailing applicant’s basic information, purpose of visit, statement on undertakings of responsibilities/funding etc.
  5. Note Verbal: A letter from the respective government office for its service holder, with contact details, stating that a leave of absence has been granted, purpose and duration of the trip, and that you will be reporting to his/her duty as per schedule
  6. Personal Bank Statements: Original Bank Statements (Personal/Payroll) for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, telephone number clearly with authorized bank stamp and signature (e-statement is not acceptable).
  7. Airline Ticket Itinerary: A reserved itinerary for your airline ticket as per the schedule of the trip.

  • A detailed explanation on company’s profile/free lancing work.

  13. Enrollment Letter: Original and copy of the Letter of Offer/Letter of Enrollment from an overseas academic institution confirming the student’s admission into a specific study program.
  14. Payment Receipt of Tuition Fees: Copy of the receipt acquired as a proof of advance tuition fee payment to the academic institution.
  15. Accommodation Confirmation: A confirmation of accommodation into a dormitory/student hostel or private tenancy for a specific period.
  16. Other Supporting Documents:
  • The original certificate with the results of your English language test.
