Student Visa Requirement

  1. Relevant Pages of Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months after the intended date of departure and minimum two blank pages for visa stamps and relevant pages of previous passports including visa copies
  2. Visa Application Form: The visa application must be filled with proper information and signed by the applicant. Please find the visa application form below: The visa application must be filled with proper information and signed by the applicant.
  3. Photograph Size: 35 x 45 mm in size with white background; taken within the last 6 months.
  4. Photo ID card/ Business Card: A personal identity card of the applicant such as National ID/Adhar Card/Driving License and business card (Recommended)
  5. Cover Letter: A personal letter from applicant including personal details, purpose of visit and outlining who will be responsible for the full costs of the trip. The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Office and signed by the applicant.
  6. Personal Bank Statements: Original Bank Statements (Personal/Payroll) for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, telephone number clearly with authorized bank stamp and signature (e-statement is not acceptable)
  7. Submission of Official Health Certificate for AIDS and Ebola and valid international certificate of Vaccination against Cholera
  8. Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate: Original and valid certificate/card for Yellow Fever Vaccination acquired at least 10 days prior to your scheduled travel date. The certificate remains valid for 10 years.
  9. Ticket Itinerary: A reserved itinerary for your airline ticket as per the schedule of the trip.
  10. Hotel Reservation: A reserved itinerary for your accommodation at a hotel or resort as per the schedule of the trip.
  11. Academic Certificates and Transcripts: Authenticated original academic certificates and transcripts issued from the previously attended academic institutions
  12. Enrollment Letter: Original and copy of the Letter of Offer/Letter of Enrollment from an overseas academic institution confirming the student’s admission into a specific study program. Acceptance from a University or an Institute of Learning (Must be endorsed)
  13. Payment Receipt of Tuition Fees: Copy of the receipt acquired as a proof of advance tuition fee payment to the academic institution
