  • The invitation should mention the purpose, duration, schedule of stay, personal information of the applicant, the present monk lists staying in the center.
  1. Invitee’s photo ID Card Copy: A clear scanned copy of photo ID of your invitee/host in the visiting country. (Preferably attested by a legal authenticator).
  2. Invitee Business Registration Document: Scanned copy of a company registration certificate/Certificate of Incorporation/Trade License from your inviting company/organization
  3. Letter of Guarantee for Visa Application.
  • Email it to your inviter in Taiwan, and ask them to fill the form, sign and attached with the inviter’s ID copy and the Taiwan’s company/ organization’s registration. The mentioned documents (either original or photocopies) should be printed out and submitted to our visa counter.
  • ****The student who is holding Nepal passport should prepare the visa guarantee letter provided by the inviter in Taiwan.
  • The inviter should fill the form, scan and mail it to the student, and keep the original guarantee letter in Taiwan.
  • TECC will provide a visa number to applicant, and the number should be informed to the inviter in Taiwan.
  • Whenever the inviter receive the visa number, the original guarantee letter should be submit to Bureau of Consular of Ministry of Foreign Affairs (BOCA) in Taiwan.
  1. Forwarding Letter from employer: A letter from the employer on the organization’s letter-head pad stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number, his purpose and assigned roles during the visit, duration of visit, sponsorship status etc.( For work visa: *Working experience proof).
  2. NOC/LOI: A letter from your employer on the organization’s letter-head pad, with contact details, stating that a leave of absence has been granted, purpose and duration of the trip, and that you will be returning to your current job as per schedule from employer.
  3. Copy of Trade License: Scanned copy of a valid trade license in case the applicant is the owner of/employed by the business entity.
  4. Copy of Incorporation Certificate: Scanned copy of a valid Incorporation Certificate in case the applicant is the owner of/employed by the company.
  5. Other Business Documents.
  6. Personal Bank Statements: Original Bank Statements (Personal/Payroll) for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, telephone number clearly with authorized bank stamp and signature (e-statement is not acceptable).
  7. Company Bank Statement.
  8. Sponsor’s Bank Statements: Original/scanned copy of bank statements from the sponsoring party (invitee/Employer company/any other person) for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, telephone number clearly with authorized bank stamp and signature
  9. Evidence of Other Bank deposits: Copy of other financial documents such as deposit schemes, FDR, Retirement funds, Loan accounts etc. ( Kotak Bank payment slip).
  10. Personal TIN Certificate: Copy of TIN/e-TIN certificate in the name of the applicant. The certificate must be translated into English, if it is issued in any other language
  11. Company TIN Certificate: Copy of TIN/e-TIN certificate in the name of applicant’s employer company. The certificate must be translated into English, if it is issued in any other language
  12. Personal ITR Certificate: Income Tax Return Certificate for a period of last 3 years (Recommended): Income Tax Return Certificate for a period of last 3 years (Recommended) (Last 3 years).
  13. Company ITR Certificate: Income Tax Return Certificate on company’s tax returns for a period of last 3 years (Recommended).
  14. Ticket Itinerary: A reserved itinerary for your airline ticket as per the schedule of the trip.
  15. Hotel Reservation: A reserved itinerary for your accommodation at a hotel or resort as per the schedule of the trip.
  16. Marriage Certificate: An authenticated/notarized copy of marriage certificate. The certificate must be in English language.
  • All Nepalese documents have to be attested by their Ministry of Foreign Affairs, then attested by their respective Embassy/High Commission in New Delhi.
  • Joining family visa: photocopy of attested relation proof.
  1. Children’s Birth Certificate: Copy of birth certificate of the applicant’s children. The certificate must be in English language.

  5. Academic Certificates and Transcripts: Authenticated original academic certificates and transcripts issued from the previously attended academic institutions.
  • **For Provisional certificate and transcript holder:
  • According to the regulation of Education Ministry of Republic of China, foreign student should submit “Original Certificate and transcript” for acceptance. Therefore, the Original Certificate and Transcript are the mandatory documents for applying Student Visa.
  • If the applicant cannot provide the documents mentioned, TECC will issue a Student Visa for 60 days to the Provisional certificate and transcript holder which is extensible in Taiwan only twice.
  • Once the Provisional certificate and transcript holder completed his/ her “Original Certificate and transcript” attestation procedure from TECC, the students can convert their visitor visa into Resident Visa in Taiwan.
  1. Enrollment Letter: Original and copy of the Letter of Offer/Letter of Enrollment from an overseas academic institution confirming the student’s admission into a specific study programmer.
  2. Payment Receipt of Tuition Fees: Copy of the receipt acquired as a proof of advance tuition fee payment to the academic institution.
  3. Accommodation Confirmation: A confirmation of accommodation into a dormitory/student hostel or private tenancy for a specific period.

  • Email it to your inviter in Taiwan, and ask them to fill the form, sign and attached with the inviter’s ID copy and the Taiwan’s company/ organization’s registration. The mentioned documents (either original or photocopies) should be printed out and submitted to our visa counter.
  • ****The student who is holding Nepal passport should prepare the visa guarantee letter provided by the inviter in Taiwan.
  • The inviter should fill the form, scan and mail it to the student, and keep the original guarantee letter in Taiwan.
  • TECC will provide a visa number to applicant, and the number should be informed to the inviter in Taiwan.
  • Whenever the inviter receive the visa number, the original guarantee letter should be submit to Bureau of Consular of Ministry of Foreign Affairs (BOCA) in Taiwan.
  1. Linage holder’s letter.
  • The Original letter should mention the Linage holder’s title and name, and should be endorsed by the Holiness with original signature and Stamp. The photocopy print Stamp and signature is not accepted. The letter should be issued in one year.
  • The letter should contain the information of the applicant including
  • Name, place and date of birth, linage, and the date of ordain or became monk.
  • If the applicant has the title as Tulku (reincarnation), Rinpoche, Kenpo, it should be mentioned when and who grant the title to the applicant.
  1. The Monastery’s letter.
  • The letter should be issued only by the Abbot or the high administrative monk in the Monastery. The title, name and contact information of the issuing person should be mentioned, with original signature and monastery Stamp. TECC will contact the issuing person for verification. Print Stamp is not accepted.
  • The Monastery’s letter is an important document for the applicant, all the related information of the monk should be mentioned into detail including:
  • Applicant’s name, place, and date of birth, passport number, linage, the date of ordain or became monk.
  • If applicant was born in Tibet, the date and reason to come to the third country should be mentioned.
  • The date/year and the monastery’s name of the applicant of becoming monk. The date/ year of the applicant to join in the present monastery.
  • If the applicant became a monk not in young age, the education background or career he had before becoming monk should be mentioned.
  • The religious education background into detail, including subject and duration, degree/title if any.
  • The designation of the applicant in the monastery: the job content, duration, if any. Previous preaching / teaching experience, if any. The recent 2 years religious experience is important. Please note it clearly on the letter, it will help for verification.
  • If the applicant has the title as Tulku (reincarnation), Rinpoche, Kenpo, it should be mentioned when and who grant the title to the applicant.
