BUSINESS VISA REQUIREMENTS

  1. Relevant pages of Passports: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months after the intended date of departure and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
  2. Visa Application Form: The visa application must be filled with proper information and signed by the applicant.
  3. Photograph: Two color passport sized photographs not more than 6 months old.
  4. Travel Health Insurance: travel health insurance/medical insurance covering the full time of an applicant’s intended visit. The insurance must be valid throughout the territory of the visiting state/s. The minimum cover shall be EUR 30,000.
  5. Residence documents – valid residence permits/equivalents (in cases where applicants reside in a country that is different from the country of their nationality/citizenship);
  6. Personal Bank Statements: Original Bank Statements (Personal/Payroll) for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, telephone number clearly with authorized bank stamp and signature (e-statement is not acceptable).
  7. Sponsor’s Bank Statements: Original/scanned copy of bank statements from the sponsoring party (invitee/Employer Company/any other person) for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, telephone number clearly with authorized bank stamp and signature.
  8. one of the following:
  • Original Invitation letter in Ukrainian language from an entity/company/organization registered in Ukraine, presented on the official letterhead, with indication of the entity/company/organization’s number according to Ukraine’s Unified State Registry of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Citizens’ Associations, registration number, date and signature, full name of the invited person, information about his/her date and place of birth, nationality, passport details, place of residence, purpose of visit, duration of intended visit to Ukraine, number of entries and place of stay in Ukraine, legal person’s obligations towards possible costs related to the invited person’s stay and/or departure from Ukraine, Must mention the travel dates.
  • Original Invitation letter in Ukrainian language must be supported by Ukrainian Government issued Company registration certificate.

*Please note that applicants might be asked for additional documents by Ukraine’s visa officers (e.g. return flight tickets and other documents confirming applicants’ circumstances (to be defined by Ukraine’s visa officers of the relevant Embassy/Consulate General).

 

TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS

  7. main purpose of journey: Proof that the applicant’s main purpose of journey to Ukraine is tourism (hotel/accommodation booking(s) with complete details of applicants, program of stay, information on the tour(s) and the tour(s’) time frames, tourist agency details, transfer details, sightseeing information etc.).
  8. Airline Ticket Itinerary: A reserved itinerary for your airline ticket as per the schedule of the trip.
  9. Hotel Reservation: A reserved itinerary for your accommodation at a hotel or resort as per the schedule of the trip.

FAMILY VISIT VISA REQUIREMENTS

  1. Relevant pages of Passports: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months after the intended date of departure and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
  2. Visa Application Form: The visa application must be filled with proper information and signed by the applicant.
  3. Photograph: Two color passport sized photographs not more than 6 months old.
  4. Travel Health Insurance: travel health insurance/medical insurance covering the full time of an applicant’s intended visit. The insurance must be valid throughout the territory of the visiting state/s. The minimum cover shall be EUR 30,000.
  5. Residence documents – valid residence permits/equivalents (in cases where applicants reside in a country that is different from the country of their nationality/citizenship);
  6. Personal Bank Statements: Original Bank Statements (Personal/Payroll) for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, telephone number clearly with authorized bank stamp and signature (e-statement is not acceptable).
  7. one of the following:
  • Original notarized invitation letter from a Ukrainian citizen in Ukrainian language or a foreigner/stateless person who legally resides (temporarily or permanently) in Ukraine. Invitation should  contain full surname and name(s) of the inviting person, details of his/her passport and temporary or permanent residency permit (for a foreigner or stateless person), address, and full name of the invited person, information about his/her date and place of birth, nationality, passport details, place of residence, purpose of visit, duration of intended visit to Ukraine, number of entries and place of stay in Ukraine, physical person’s obligations towards possible coverage of costs related to the applicant’s stay and/or departure from Ukraine; (Must mention the Travel Dates, Invitee details, Period of Stay, Single/Multiple entry).
  • Document(s) confirming that the applicant is a spouse, a parent or a child of a citizen of Ukraine;
  • Document(s) confirming that the applicant owns property (real estate) allocated in Ukraine;
  • Certificate of a person of Ukrainian descent* issued by Ukraine’s National Committee on Persons of Ukrainian Descent. If applicant’s family applies for this type of visa as well documents on their status and family relation to the applicant should also be provided;
  1. Invitee’s photo ID card Copy: Copies of the inviting person’s Ukrainian passport (if an inviting person is a citizen of Ukraine) or copies of the foreigner’s/stateless person’s passport and their Ukrainian temporary/permanent residency permit (if an inviting person is a foreigner or a stateless person).
